A few minutes. One practice. Your week.

Weekly Practice

Each week, you’ll receive one simple practice focused on presence, self-trust, creativity, kindness, reflection, or connection. Your practice is chosen randomly, then stays the same for the full week. Refreshing the page or coming back tomorrow will not change it. Try it once, revisit it all week, or skip it if it doesn’t fit.

There is no right way to use this. Some people like to keep a journal, type a note, record a voice memo, make a sketch, or simply remember what they noticed. All of that is optional. Take what feels useful and leave what doesn’t. These practices are for personal reflection and are not medical or mental-health treatment.

Ready for this week’s practice?

How it works: 1 random practice • stays the same for 7 days • no refresh rerolls • no repeats until you’ve seen them all

Your practice is chosen randomly the first time you reveal it, then it stays locked in for 7 days on this device. Refresh the page, close the browser, or come back tomorrow and you’ll still see the same practice. After 7 days, you can reveal a new random practice, and you won’t get a repeat until you’ve gone through the full collection.

Why try it?

How this works

The first time you reveal a practice, this page stores that practice in your browser for seven days. Refreshing will not give you a new one. After seven days, the next visit chooses another unused practice at random. Once you have received every practice, the collection resets and begins a new cycle.

If you clear your browser data or switch phones, the page will not know what you previously received. No account is required, and no personal journal entries are stored by this page.
