A simple way to practice

Before you press a button or flip a card, give yourself a few seconds. Ask what you expect to see or what the result feels like. You might notice a color, emotion, number, direction, personality trait, symbol, or just a quiet sense of knowing. The goal is not to be perfect — it is to become more familiar with how your own intuition communicates with you.
